We respect your Privacy. All transactions will be treated as confidential.
To keep a good, open relationship, there are some things our customers should know up front:
We accept returns only for non-catalogued items. Returns and exchanges must be within 5 days of purchase. Customer will be responsible for shipping, freight and restocking fees (15%) .
If you choose not to accept, or to cancel an order you have placed, we will restock the merchandise and charge a restocking fee of 15% of the amount of the order, plus all freight charges and fees.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct measurements for catalogue merchandise. No refunds or returns on these items.
For health concerns, all hats and jewelry items can not be refunded.
